30 years experience in the hotel industry has enabled me to help make some wonderful memories for our guests. 20 years of that time was spent as a Director of Catering at major hotels in downtown San Antonio giving me unique understanding of downtown and San Antonio's food scene. My experience includes planning conferences, trade shows, meetings, and weddings. I love the tourism industry and enjoy the opportunity to meet and serve our wonderful visitors.
